About Pruett's Biewer Paradise

We are the Paradise "Dream Babies" and would like to invite you to our home. The Biewer breed is very new and will need a lot of time and devotion to assure quality, healthy dogs. Pruett's Biewer Paradise believes they can do this best by having the one breed, Biewer Terrier. The diversity of blood lines among us will help keep us from being bred to closely and will assure excellent gene diversity. We will be building on the better qualities of each Biewer line. Many of us are currently in the show ring and are repeated National and International Champions. Please visit us individually.

Most all the "Dream Babies" are in the show ring and with all the controversy about the standard in America, we will show under the only standard approved of by Mrs. Biewer. ARBA is the most reputable and highly recognized show venue that allows rare breeds and is using the standard that the BTCA, Inc. is using. Even the IABCA has to use a standard written for the "Biewer Terrier" . You will find the "Dream Babies" and many BTCA dogs in some of the top Champions pedigrees in the country.

We are proud to be part of the foundation of the Biewer Terrier's in America, and are doing our best to contribute the finest Biewer Terriers so that it will be a good, quality, solid foundation. We go through a stringent set of tests to insure we are in the best possible health before we produce a litter.

We have a spacious, smoke free home and a huge fenced in yard to keep unwanted quests from contaminating our play space. We give the "life of Riley" new meaning. The Biewer Children are handled from the day they are born, so they are not strangers to the human touch. Our Biewer children are taught good manners, joy and happiness before going to their new homes, but we all know children will be children, so they will need your love and understanding as they mature.

Above are pictures of my babies that Mrs. Biewer so graciously signed for me on my last trip to Germany. Mrs. Biewer also signed many of the BTCA members pictures and was delighted to see how beautiful our dogs were. You will see many autographed pictures of Biewer Terriers displayed throughout the Biewer Terrier community showing their appreciation for all that the BTCA, Inc. has done towards the recognition of the purebred Biewer Terrier Breed.

Below is a video of the greatest example we can use to emphasis how important it is to keep the Biewer Terrier blood lines pure. Very few males in the animal kingdom take part in raising the young and the canine species is not among them. I have shared pictures over the years of my males playing with the babies and had other breeders share their experiences of how easy-going the moms are with males around their babies.

This is the first time I have had the father of the puppies actually jump in the bed with the expectant mother and comfort her until she started pushing the baby out. "Somebody" was always loving on Maggie and comforting her throughout her pregnancy, but what happened when she went into labor was truly amazing.

When she started pushing, "Somebody" got out of the bed and laid down next to me, keeping a watchful eye on his girl. When the puppy was born, as I cleaned it up, "Somebody" sat up and started helping clean it up. I was in total surprise, and grab my phone right away to take a picture, because I knew, no one was every going to believe it. I sent it to Jonathan as we had been texting and he said that I needed to get a little video, so after the next puppy was born and "Somebody" helped clean it up, I ran and got the camera.

We can not stress enough how important it is to breed pure. Their are a lot of beautiful breeds, but it is the personality of this breed that sets it apart from the rest. Mixing the Yorkie back to the Biewer is not only creating a mutt, but it is also ruining the personality of the breed.
